At NRG Advocacy we share your concern over Privacy. All personal information obtained in the conduct of your business will be treated with discretion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use Personal Information collected from you to act as your agent and to perform our obligations under our agreement with you. We may also use such information collected to promote our other services and/or to seek potential clients.

You acknowledge that we may disclose information to other parties including media organisations, on the internet, to potential buyers, or to our clients both existing and potential, as well as to parties engaged to evaluate the property, owners’ corporations, government and statutory bodies, financial
institutions and third-party consultants who may manage our database or computer system.

We will only disclose information in this way to other parties as required to perform our duties and for the purposes specified above or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988. Unless you specifically advise us, that certain information is confidential you authorise us to make such disclosures as are reasonably necessary of or incidental to our acting as a professional real estate agent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement.

If you would like to access this information, at any time, you can do so by contacting our Privacy
Officer at the address and contact numbers at head office. Our Privacy Officer will also correct any information upon advice from you if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date.

Real estate and tax law requires some of this information to be collected. If the information is not provided, we may not be able to act effectively on your behalf or at all.

You acknowledge having received a copy of our Privacy Policy Statement. A copy of our Privacy Policy Statement can be obtained by contacting our Privacy Officer. Furthermore, any queries regarding privacy should also be referred to our Privacy Officer at our head office.
